July and the Number 7

I'm really fascinated by astrology and numerology. For me, astrology and numerology have been so accurate that I find myself referring to one or both of these studies to understand the people in my life (and sometimes myself...lol). I recently received the following info from Glynis McCants, The Numbers Lady, and wanted to share. Enjoy!

The month of July breaks down to a 7, and 7 is all about spirituality. It is a time to ask yourself the big questions:" who am I? What am I? Why am I here? " It is a month to be with nature. If you can get near a large body of water, the ocean, river, or a lake, that would be great! All of nature's beauty, from plants to the mountains, play a significant healing role in the month of 7.

I find that if you spend time by yourself in a 7 month, the answers you have been seeking to the problems in your life will come to you intuitively. Prayer and meditation are encouraged.

Here is a breathing exercise that I would recommend: When you get into bed at night, and are lying on your back, breathe in and out of your nose, and just relax. Do this no less than 12 times. I have found this to have a calming effect.

Do not get into confrontations with people in the month of 7. It is easy to misinterpret others, and get upset over things that aren't really what they seem. If you are having trouble in a relationship, it is safer at this time to put your thoughts on paper; write a loving and conciliatory letter rather than talk to them, so you can be very clear as to what you are thinking and feeling.

So in this month of 7, enjoy nature's beauty and look for some spiritual breakthroughs by the end of the month. At the same time celebrate your life, and have fun!

OMG, I can't believe you're blogging about this. I wish I had read this post a couple of weeks ago. My partner and I have been bickering like crazy lately. He says its because he's stressed at work but I believe there's a little more to his story. I realize now that I just need to keep a level head and not allow my ego to accept his drama as my own. Hopefully, August will be a much better month.

  2. I hear you anonymous...I had this information early on in the month and still had to work hard to navigate the waters of "murky" communications and highly sensitive individuals...lol. Yep, it has been a wierd month. Hang in there. We can only hope that August will be a much better month!
