Money Woes Got You Down?

Gasoline, food costs, mortgage foreclosures, banks filing for bankruptcy...Yes, we are smack dab in the middle of a recession. It is a scary time for a lot of people but we all have to believe that "this too shall pass." In difficult economic times like these, we may all have to work a little harder to keep our heads above water (financially and emotionally). Dig deep within yourself and find creative ways to weather this economic storm. Try to keep calm, don't panic and seek sound professional advise before making any major life-changing decisions.

If you find yourself getting stressed out, reach out to family and friends for support, work off frustration by or doing aerobics, yoga, etc., spend time in nature, read a good book, play with children and pets...the list of possible sources of happiness and serenity is endless.

Some people would have us believe that our economic troubles are "all in our minds" but I'm here to tell you it is very real. Thanks for sharing the links.

  2. Hi Maggie, you're welcome :>). I agree--from a business and personal perspective, it is becoming more challenging everyday to make ends meet. Don't fret, though, everything goes in cycles so I'm hoping our economy will take a turn for the better--soon!
