It is a scary time for a lot of people but we all have to believe that "this too shall pass." In difficult economic times like these, we may all have to work a little harder to keep our heads above water (financially and emotionally). Dig deep within yourself and find creative ways to weather this economic storm. Try to keep calm, don't panic and seek sound professional advise before making any major life-changing decisions.

If you find yourself getting stressed out, reach out to family and friends for support, work off frustration by or doing aerobics, yoga, etc., spend time in nature, read a good book, play with children and pets...the list of possible sources of happiness and serenity is endless.
