There are 7 main chakras which are centered approximately in the middle of our bodies and are tied to the nervous system along the spine, the endocrine system and various glands. The chakras are also linked to various bodily functions such as breathing and digestion. Each chakra is represented by one of the seven colours of the rainbow. Click the chakra wheels on the interactive tool below to learn more about the chakras or get detailed information about the chakras here.
Thank you for sharing this. Really cool! I also really enjoyed the chakra information and meditation audios on your website.
ReplyDeleteIt was fascinating to learn more about each of the chakras. I've never seen such a great explanation of each chakra that takes up so little real estate. Very cool.
ReplyDeleteAlso, I just figured out that my solar plexus is out of balance.
Thanks!
Thank you! I'm also fascinated by the chakras--especially the relationship between the chakras and colors, gemstones, foods, days of the week, angels...need I go on? LOL.
ReplyDeleteSolar plexus out of balance? Move back the furniture and dance--do the Twist, try belly dancng or break out the old hoola hoop. You could also drink a cup of mint tea or hold a citrine or gold chain on our solar plexus while repeating this affirmation: "I am not afraid to make decisions and I choose how to think and behave." Best of luck to you!
Thanks for the feedback, Nancy! We're thrilled you like the chakra information. Check back often as we'll be adding more free audios soon.
